Grande Asset Development said proceeds from the private placement of 250m. shares at 1.21 bn bt had been used for various hotel and condominium projects: Hua Hin Blue Lagoon Resort (120 m bt), Sheraton Hun Hin Resort and Spa Hotel (447.5mm), Trendy Condominium (260m), Regent Hotel (110m), Regent Residence (175m), and Salis Pattaya (100m). |
